Its nearly 1 am and I am watching my dog sleep by my bed. I have a really big king sized duvet so I share it with him. His whiskers are twitching and his legs are moving a little - he's dreaming again :) I love watching him sleep so soundly and comfortably! He'll sleep throughout the night, waking up once in a while but he'll go back to sleep and only wake up at about 7 am when my mum goes out for her morning walk. When he wakes up in the morning, the first thing he'll do is shake and I'll hear the sound of his tag against his chain and I'll wake up too! Sometimes he wants to get out but the door is not opened big enough for him to squeeze through and he'll stare at me until I wake up. Most of the time I will (don't ask me how he does it, but he can stare me awake), but if I don't, he'll start to whine. He's really one smart dog!
Well, that's Spottie...my lovable roommate :)

I love love love love love love love this post! Spottie is so cute. Wah, he gets to share ur blankie?! What a pampered pup! I can imagine the sheer joy when you wake up to his look of adoration! Aren't you going to miss this old roomie when you have your new roomie? Unless, the new roomie can also sleep on the floor, shake and dream, and look adoringly at you to wake you up :) :) :) But, new roomie - no whining allowed!
That dog looks so comfortable. A perfect roommate.
